I spend around half to one hour every day at early morning hours for work out. I find it very relaxing and really rejuvenating. It keep be refreshed for the rest of the day. Moreover, I think the quality of air we breathe is good at morning hours as there is less traffic and factories that expel poisonous gas. I often choose an open area with some greenery around. Another thing is that we can focus on what we do in early morning as there are hardly any distracters. What do you think is the best time for exercise? Is it morning, afternoon, late evening or night?
I love to swim. I have always loved, as far back as I can remember. The best part is that swimming is also good exercise. It is especially for me, due to injury. I can get some movement in without great risk of hurting myself worse. You get resistance without all the impact. Do you like swimming? Do you think it is good exercise?
