While I was looking for diet tips online, I stumbled at a certain website that talks about the Military Diet. I'm not quite familiar with the term and hearing it for the first time made me think that it was a tough course to do, since the word "military" was included. Then I researched about it and I discovered that it's actually one of the fastest way to lose weight. You can actually lose weight in just 3 days, though not a lot. So to cut the long story short, my hubby and I tried it. There are certain meal plans that you need to follow, and cheating is strictly prohibited. Of course it depends on you, if you want it to work then why cheat right? Then after 4 days, I lost 3 pounds and my hubby lost 2.6 pounds, I know it's not a lot but it's not bad though. It's only been 3 days. I think we'll try it again because we find it effective, not to mention the food in the meal plan are healthy
