This may sound funny to others but I am serious with this exercise. Using a hand grip in 2 hands, press the hand grip exerciser 4 times while standing. Then press it again with your hands in another direction. And again in another direction for the 3rd time until you do it 10 times, all in different directions while standing up. Lay down on the bed, face up and do the same exercise with the hand grip. This time you will feel the pressure on your abs. Very good, that would strengthen the abdominal muscles that will help you rid of that ugly bulge in the stomach.
