Well despite what you might hear from advertisements and all of these fancy products out there that claim to help you lose weight, in my years of trying I am pretty sure you can guess what really works.  That's right...diet and exercise.  You have to eat right and move your body to lose weight and look better, there is just no way around it, trust me.  Of course there are products that can help and might aid to speed up the process, but you cannot escape those two in any formula that you try.

There is no way you will be able to get a beach body in 2 weeks.  Not a long shot.  As it has already been said, it's going to come down to the proper diet and exercise.  You can do it with dieting alone, but dropping the extra fat is going to take twice as long, at least.  

What you need is a diet that consist of raw vegetables and animal protein.  Just make sure it's organic and not GMO strain of veggies and the livestock is not to be fed GMO corn or anything else that is GMO.  I would cut the fruit down to a minimum because it has fructose that will be counter productive.  Also you need to drink a lot of water, before, during, and after all meals to make you feel fuller, and that alone does curve your appetite.

I struggled with weight my entire life.  However, now, I'm actually starting to make progress losing some of it now that I'm 35.  It took me long enough.  I eat smaller meals and have cut my carb intake drastically.  Honestly, the most important thing I have done is to eat clean.  I do not eat things with preservatives if I can avoid it.  This means I don't eat fast food.  I do not consume soda (even if it is diet).  I concentrate on lean protein, organic milk, and organic veggies.  It has gotten to the point where if I actually stray off my diet that it makes my body feel horrible.  Try eating clean for a few weeks.  I noticed the difference not just in my weight, but my complexion, mood, and energy levels, too.

Been on exercise bike this last week...only lost a pound..trying to get below 14 stone  only 4 pounds to go

Better stay on bike for 10 miles instead of 5....better start putting daddies sauce on my legs to get

that wonderful brown tan :Dlook

I don't think this is possible in two weeks if you want to put off lots of weight. But yes in few months it is possible. I geuss for that you need proper dieting chart with regular exercising. Any single of them will not help you for sure. You need both proper dieting and consistent exercising. This is the only way I know.

Lets be realistic. If you push hard to the limit, you can lose 1 kg weight in a week. If you want to cut 2 kg weight, you can do it. However, you cannot cut more than 2 kg weight in  two weeks. In order to lose weight, you will have to stop eating less and work more.  Try living in vegetable diet and drink plenty of fluids, it may help you.

Agree with you. For losing more weight one need to be regular and need time. It is not the thing which can be achieved in small time frame. It definitely needs more time and lots of patience.

Lets face it..when you reach 55/and sit down too much,drinking tea, and dunking them there malted milk biscuits ..a beach body seems a long way away..keep trying though.

Losing weight is a personal task to do and I believe there is no perfect solution to this except a self discipline would do. You have to control your carbo intake and do some exercise regularly.

The main point about losing weight is you need to consume less calories and burn more calories. If you take more calorie than you actually burn, you will put on weight. Therefore, to cut weight you need to burn more calorie through exercise.
