Is it worth buying the ps4 NOW?

6 posts in this topic

We prefer playstation to Xbox. We have the orinigal playstation, ps2, and ps3 currently. We are looking into buying a ps4 soon, but have read some reviews about tons of bugs and glitches. I want to buy one, but should I buy one now, or wait until sony fixes the issues?

Well it just depends on your personal preferences.  I have always preferred the Playstation tot he X Box or the Nintendo systems, but they each have their strengths and weaknesses I suppose.  I have just always liked the style of the Playstations, and it is what I grew up on, so I think that factors into it as well.  To each their own though, and I would say that as long as you are getting your money's worth and getting to play a lot, then you should be just fine with either of them.

It depends on who you ask. Some people love it, but then again some people always have to have to latest and greatest. Others have told me that it's not really worth the high price tag (and the prices don't seem to go down like they once did).

We still have PS3, and I'm done. If my daughter wants to upgrade further, she's going to have to save up for it herself. I do most of my gaming on the PC anyway, unless I'm playing something with the kids.

My system could use an upgrade though. Guess I better practice what I preach and start saving up myself. :P

Through the years there as always been the argument which is better, the Xbox or the Playstation and even now people are still debating which console to own as each have their own positives and negatives. Personally I've got both the Xbox ONE and the Playstation 4, and if you can afford it, I'd recommend that others should do the same.

The cost of both consoles is starting to come down in price now, and even though both Sony and Microsoft have both announced that they will be releasing new version of their consoles, that won't be for a while yet and so it is still worth investing in my opinion. If you can't afford to buy both, for me, the Playstation 4 is the better gaming system but the Xbox ONE is the better media centre so depending on what you are going to use the system for the most, will depend on what system you choose.

I think depends a lot on what you want at that time. I mean, you have to ask yourself: Do I really need to buy this video game now or it would be better if I wait a little longer?

Did you get it? B|

Well you might as well for the new 4K ready PS4 as I think it may be coming out soon. Definately buy a PS4 as it's great and much better than the Xbox One. Personally I haven't heard about any problems or glitches regarding the PS4 and havn't come across any myself on my PS4 console. If the 4K version is too expensive then the PS4 is great too and I'm sure the prices have gone down as well now
